RKTKTR DEVELOPMENT is a design-led development company founded by three architects with international experience across Europe, the United States, and Mexico. RKTKTR operates at the intersection of architecture, development, and long-term asset thinking, treating real estate as a spatial, cultural, and economic project rather than a purely speculative product.

The company focuses on context-driven developments with strong architectural identity, compact and efficient living models, and strategies that balance design quality, lifestyle value, and financial sustainability.

rODRIGO ALTAMIRANO Fernández

Rodrigo Altamirano is an architect and developer with experience across Mexico, Europe, and the United States. He graduated with honors from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and holds a Master’s degree from Politecnico di Milano. He has led independent projects in Mexico, the United States, and Italy that merge spatial clarity with strategic capital structuring. He brings this expertise to RKTKTR, bridging architectural design and development strategy. He currently teaches at the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán.

SANTIAGO VÁZQUEZ DÍAZ

Santiago is an architect based in Mexico City, graduated from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with a specialization in public space and urban mobility. He has professional experience in private practices developing residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects. Within RKTKTR, he contributes local knowledge, territorial sensitivity, and on-site expertise essential to the project’s integration and execution.

ludovica beltrami

Ludovica is an architect based in Amsterdam. She graduated from Delft University of Technology with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Architecture. Her work spans architecture and interior design, informed by an international background that brings a distinct perspective to spatial and material decisions. She combines spatial clarity with a sensitive, pragmatic approach to design, contributing this mindset to RKTKTR.
